Inspection Risk Management (IRM) is a load-port inspection service that ensures that your cargo is protected. Our comprehensive IRM services include an initial consultancy, investigation and technical report, detailing our findings about loading, infrastructure and weighing/sampling procedures.

For subsequent shipments, our inspectors are present throughout loading to supervise operations, detect inferior quality cargo and ensure that correct procedures are being adopted to prevent consignment discrepancies, contamination or damage.

Our inspectors will tell you immediately if there are any problems during loading, and Letters of Protest can be issued upon request. Digital photographs and videos are taken to provide you with visual evidence of the material’s quality and cargo operations. A detailed report will be produced and sent to you as soon as the work has been completed.
